The Associate Customer Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with healthcare stakeholders and driving business growth. The role focuses on coordinating innovative engagement activities across markets, with a strong emphasis on scaling the roadshow program into a sustainable revenue stream in close collaboration with country teams. The position combines marketing coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric thinking to enhance engagement effectiveness and generate commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the customer roadshow program, working closely with country teams to scale it into a sustainable revenue-generating initiative.
· Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement initiatives through innovative formats and integrated stakeholder involvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and country organizations to ensure consistent and effective execution of customer marketing activities.
· Support the development of engagement strategies and tools that contribute to lead generation and commercial growth.
· Track and evaluate the performance of customer engagement initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and scalability.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· Initial experience in marketing, customer engagement, event management, or commercial support roles.
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
· Interest in innovative customer engagement approaches and value-driven marketing initiatives.
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
· Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional and country teams without direct authority.
