Labcorp is seeking a Associate Manager, Customer Marketing to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign execution & operations
- Partner with Customer Marketing Manager to develop clear, compelling campaign briefs that align execution teams with campaign goals and audience strategies
- Execute campaign tactics across email, web, and digital advertising platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand standards
- Manage website content updates and user experience improvements in collaboration with digital CoE (Centre of Excellence) partners
- Oversee nurture program execution at both the business-wide level and in support of specific campaign initiatives
- Coordinate event messaging and marketing tools for tradeshows, webinars, and field events
- Build and maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring all programs are reflected with accurate timelines and priorities
- Assist in setting and communicating campaign priorities with CoE teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Project & workflow management
- Own Workfront (WF) as the team’s primary project management platform, keeping it current and accurate at all times
- Submit, build, and manage projects in Workfront on behalf of Customer Marketing Manager
- Input all tasks with clearly defined lead dates and go-live dates, minimizing delays across the campaign lifecycle
- Provide detailed written instructions and supporting documentation to each internal team at the start of every project
- Proactively follow up with CoEs on open tasks and deadlines, escalating risks early and clearly
CoE coordination & asset management
- Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for CoE teams including analytics, brand, creative, content, and digital
- Coordinate content development and asset creation requests, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines are realistic
- Manage legal and brand QC coordination for all marketing assets, tracking review cycles through to final approval
- Coordinate legal and brand reviews for SME presentations used in events and external engagements
- Drive case study production by managing the coordination workflow between Sales/Subject Matter Experts and content writers
Sales enablement & field communication
- Develop and distribute monthly & quarterly sales enablement communications including newsletters, lab updates, and campaign briefing documents
- Ensure field enablement teams are informed of upcoming campaigns and equipped with the right materials at the right time
- Support the follow-up process on campaign-generated leads in partnership with field enablement and inside sales teams
Metrics & performance reporting
- Own the collection, organization, and reporting of campaign performance metrics across all active programs
- Compile and prepare performance data summaries to support analysis and optimization decisions
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities including tracking keyword performance and coordinating with digital CoE teams on content recommendations
AI & marketing technology
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to automate repetitive campaign workflows such as email scheduling, audience segmentation, and content tagging
- Leverage generative AI platforms to accelerate first drafts of campaign briefs, email copy, and sales enablement materials for CM review
- Use AI-driven analytics to surface campaign performance insights, identify trends, and recommend optimizations
- Stay current on emerging marketing technology and AI innovations, bringing new ideas to the team for piloting and adoption
- Support the integration and adoption of AI tools within the marketing tech stack, including prompt engineering and workflow automation
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, project management, or a closely related role preferably in the healthcare / pharma industry
- Bachelor degree in science
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools; Workfront experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing execution platforms including email marketing, content management systems, and digital advertising tools

- A proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed, flags issues early, and follows through consistently - you own your work from start to finish
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment where building trust with CoE partners and field teams is essential to getting things done
- Genuinely curious about marketing technology and AI, eager to experiment with new tools that make campaigns smarter and faster
- Experienced in a life science, healthcare, or B2B marketing environment, or motivated to develop that expertise quickly
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms and CRMs such as Eloqua and Salesforce
- A collaborative team player with a positive solutions-first attitude and a strong sense of urgency
Skill requirements:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear briefs, instructions, and enablement content
- Proficiency in Workfront or comparable project management platforms
- Strong in ProwerPoint making and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, web, paid media, and SEO
- Ability to build effective working relationships across CoEs, agency partners, and sales teams
- Competency in data collection, campaign metrics reporting, and performance analysis
- High attention to detail with a quality-first orientation across all deliverables
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for marketing (e.g., generative AI platforms, workflow automation, AI-driven analytics)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
Additional Job Standards
- Hybrid working (office in Bangalore)
- Travel up to 5% of the time to support key internal and external activities including events and team meetings
