Job Responsibilities :

The Associate Creator Program Manager role is a sales-focused position that looks at identifying, prospecting, and developing new sponsorship and affiliate partnership opportunities for Razer’s Creator Program. The role will support business growth by building relationships with potential partners (which includes sales prospecting), creators, agencies, and commercial stakeholders, while helping to turn creator marketing opportunities into measurable brand and revenue impact.

  • Manage communications and relationships between potential partners, agencies and influencers with internal stakeholders to create opportunities for brand building, social growth and fan engagement.
  • Partner prospecting (including the development of a sales deck) to grow the pipeline of sponsorship opportunities for Razer Creators.
  • Support influencer outreach and product seeding initiatives.
  • Marketing and develop the Razer Content Creator Program which includes coming up with new marketing campaigns, creator sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support affiliate marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign briefs, tracking links, conversion goals, and partner performance reporting.
  • Analyze metrics from influencer media campaigns to optimize future campaigns Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of team and channel performance data and make strategic suggestions for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams and offer influencer and partnership support to wider organizational marketing efforts.
  • Be the Razer Community/Creator Marketing ambassador that engages with fans and partners at events and/or tradeshows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR
  • Ideally with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with understanding of affiliates marketing.
  • Relationship building and partnerships experience is a good to have.
  • Great communication and influence skills
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, online marketing, and sales prospecting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities at the same time.
  • Gamer and gaming knowledge is required.
  • Talent management experience is preferred.
