As an Associate Creator Partnerships, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with influencers, content creators, and podcast hosts across diverse social media platforms in Mumbai. Your role will involve scouting fresh talent, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring that joint projects align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate creator-driven content into broader media strategies and track performance to optimize future campaigns. With an eye for emerging trends, you will help shape innovative partnership frameworks that leverage the unique strengths of each creator to amplify reach and engagement. You will report on partnership impact and continuously refine tactics to maintain a dynamic, high-performing creator network.

Requirements

• Identify and onboard promising creators across social media and podcast platforms.
• Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables with talent.
• Develop and execute co-branded content strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with creators, fostering loyalty and repeat collaborations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Create detailed reports for stakeholders on partnership ROI and audience impact.
• Manage budgets and forecast spend for creator campaigns.
• Resolve any contractual or creative disputes in a timely and professional manner.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 1+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and podcast ecosystems.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage talent relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools to assess campaign performance.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance.
• Familiarity with media buying and budget management for influencer campaigns.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for emerging digital content trends.
• Respect for diversity and inclusivity in all partnership engagements.
