Responsibilities
You’ll lead creative development from brief to final delivery, shape campaign platforms, and guide teams to produce effective work for a range of brands.
Lead concept development and copy direction across integrated campaigns.
Turn insights into compelling ideas, narratives, and messaging across campaign assets.
Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to deliver clear, effective creative work.
Present ideas confidently, mentor junior creatives, and maintain high creative standards.
Own creative quality from brief to final delivery across key projects.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in copywriting, content, or advertising, ideally in an agency setting.
Strong copywriting, editing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, conceptual strength, and high-quality creative work.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and work well across teams under tight timelines.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
