As our Associate Counsel (Contracts), you'll be a trusted partner helping shape and advance some of the nation's most complex construction projects. You'll lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of construction and commercial agreements while working directly with operations, procurement, risk management, and project teams to solve real business challenges. This is a high-impact role for an attorney who enjoys being close to the work, influencing outcomes, and balancing legal strategy with practical business solutions.

Target Hiring Range: $135,000 - $205,000 annually.
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $135,000 - $205,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
