Private M&A:Shareand assetpurchases and related procedures (auctions)
Joint Ventures, reorganisation of holding structures
Public M&A: Takeover offers andsubsequentsqueeze-out procedures
Corporate Governance Consulting and Compliance
Advice on corporate law
IPOs and capital increases
Your Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinkerwith anownership attitudeand value legal creativity. Experience abroad andpreviousknowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation or internships are an asset but nota must
