
Longevity’s Legal department is hiring! Are you interested in joining a collaborative and supportive team? While working on our small legal team, you’ll gain experience in many areas of the law and work with various business unit leaders. We are seeking a talented attorney for the following hybrid position.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
·Perform routine legal work
·Effectively partners with more experienced attorneys on complex/significant matters
·Interest and ability to learn business issues
·Provide support to the businesses
·Assist with corporate governance and formalities
·Manage corporate licenses
·Draft and review agreements
·Legal and business issue spotting
·Support more experienced attorneys with contract negotiations
·Legal research and presentation on regulatory, compliance, privacy, litigation, or other legal matters
·Assist with litigation and subpoenas
·Support diligence or integration in M&A
·Performs other related duties as assigned.
Location and Physical Requirements:
·Hybrid; report to Minneapolis office once per week
·When remote (access to reliable internet connection required)
·Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.

The base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
