In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering best‑practice contract management for a diverse portfolio of technology suppliers, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, robust governance and high‑quality service delivery across the business.
In addition you will manage a portfolio of technology contracts, drafting and negotiating extensions, variations and statements of work, while working with sourcing, project teams and suppliers to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
You’ll identify and manage risks, support dispute resolution with Legal, and coordinate key contract documentation including management plans, governance packs and risk registers. You’ll maintain accurate contract data, build productive supplier and stakeholder relationships, and provide trusted commercial advice that drives value, minimises risk and supports compliance.
This role also offers opportunities to grow your commercial capability and influence process improvements across the contract lifecycle.

About you
You’ll bring qualifications in procurement, law, commerce, business, economics or equivalent industry experience, along with a proven ability to apply contract management frameworks and assurance processes. You have strong commercial and administrative capability, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
You’re experienced in managing technology contracts, navigating policies, drafting variations and statements of work, and working within commercial or government environments.
You exercise sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality when dealing with stakeholders, and you’re recognised for your ability to interpret contract conditions, maintain accurate documentation and build productive supplier and stakeholder relationships.
