We are looking for an Associate Content Ingestion Analystto join our team in Noida. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about managing andvalidatingcontent coming from diverse data sources. You will play a key role inacquiring, ingesting, and processing data that supports our product quality and delivery.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• At least 0-1years of experience.

• Candidate must have agraduate degree.

• Must have ability to work in remote and communicate with team/supervisor over call/video conferencing.

• Proficient in English

• Basic computer literacy andproficiencyin Microsoft applications

• Master of reading and observation skills detail-oriented in nature

• Reviewing complex written documents & encoding informationtherein

• Well versed to perform searches on the web.

• Knowledge ofIP will be preferred

• Prior experience inworking onIP domain
  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Review incoming data for accuracy and completeness,validateit against source information, perform corrections, resolve errors, and report any irregularities asrequired

• Liaise with external and internal content providersto ensuretimelyand complete datadelivery, andresolve delivery-related issues.

• Update andmaintaininternal tracking systems, logs, and documentation to ensureaccuratereporting of data flow and ingestion status.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to resolve content inconsistencies, ingestion failures, or metadata issues.

• Identify, gather, and collect content using various tools, platforms, and search techniques

• Continuouslymonitorassigned list of resources to ensuretimelyupdates and data completeness.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, data integrity requirements, and operational guidelines.

• Facilitate the acquisition and ingestion of datafrom a defined list of sources using established methods (web-harvesting, FTP delivery, email, hardcopy inputs, etc.).
