Job Description

Years of Experience: 2+ years


Tools/Technologies: Okta, LDAP, Monitoring Tools (Datadog/Splunk or similar), Servicenow, JIRA/Confluence

Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems across the organization.
• Support provisioning and deprovisioning of user access for systems, applications, and data.
• Help define user roles and manage permissions following company policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor IAM systems for vulnerabilities, risks, and unusual activity.
• Assist in running access audits and generating IAM reports.
• Respond to access-related incidents and support resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure secure and appropriate access.
• Maintain IAM documentation and support user training on access policies and procedures.
• Support vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing using tools like Burp Suite.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAM)

Skills/Qualifications:
•1 year of hands-on experience with Okta (Required).
•Recent 2+ years hands-on experience of IAM concepts like SSO, RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and identity federation.
•Experience or coursework in DHCP and security frameworks (e.g., NIST).
•Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewalls, DNS) and authentication protocols.
•Familiarity with system security principles and incident response processes.
•Experience with Burp Suite or similar tools is a plus.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving technologies.
