Role:Associate Consultant - Financial Solutions

Experince: 4 - 7 Years

Required Skills: Accounting knowledge, data reconciliation, data analysis

Preferred Skill: Insurance Accounting

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Professional experience

• Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Finance
• At least 4-6 years of professional experience
• Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
• Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
• Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Very high analytical skills
• Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
• Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access , Word, PowerPoint
• Fluent English

Desirable skills

• VBA experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports
• Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
