ANDRITZ HYDRO Pvt. Ltd has a leading position in the Indian subcontinent and is providing hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment for hydropower plants all over South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

We are hiring for?

Group IT Delivery Center (India) team is part of ANDRITZ GROUP IT responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of word class IT systems to ANDRITZ GROUP companies. Delivery Center (India) is working as service provider to the ANDRITZ GROUP IT Team.

What will you do?

• Develop and deliver AI solutions for the global ECM team, from prototype through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build Copilot agents, declarative agents and custom copilots on Microsoft 365 (Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK/Toolkit).
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over the group's document repositories: chunking and embedding strategies, vector indexing, grounding, citation quality and answer evaluation.
• Run requirements engineering for AI use cases: hold workshops with business stakeholders, assess which demands are actually suited to AI, define success metrics, design and implement the solution, hand it over and support it.
• Build document processing pipelines for classification, metadata extraction, summarisation and validation of technical documents, transmittals and drawings, replacing manual and rules-based steps.
• Integrate AI services into the existing M365 / SharePoint / collaboration landscape and third-party systems (e.g. Jira/Confluence, DMS, automation tooling) via APIs, connectors and Graph.
• Handle development, prompt and model evaluation, testing and release closure, including documentation, handover to the business, and cost/consumption transparency.
• Support and improve delivered AI solutions: monitor quality, drift and user feedback, and iterate.
• Apply responsible AI practice: data protection, permission-trimmed grounding, sensitivity labels, human-in-the-loop review and auditability.

Required Skills

• AI / LLM development: prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings and vector search, function/tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluation of output quality.
• Microsoft AI stack: Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services (Document Intelligence, AI Search), Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility (Copilot Studio, declarative agents, Graph connectors).
• Programming: Python for AI and data work, plus Node.js/TypeScript and PowerShell.
• Web and application development: React.
• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint: Graph API, SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, templates, custom web parts), Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Data and integration: REST APIs, MCPs, JSON, working with unstructured and semi-structured content at scale.
• Requirements engineering: workshops with the business, demand specification, solution design, implementation, handover and support.
• Software design and architecture fundamentals.

Desirable skills

• Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework).
• MLOps / LLMOps: CI/CD for AI solutions, versioning of prompts and indexes, monitoring, telemetry and cost control.
• Java, for plugins and solutions on the group document management system (DOXIS / global DMS).
• Experience integrating M365 with external platforms (e.g. Atlassian Jira / wiki, automation tooling).
• Familiarity with responsible AI / EU AI Act requirements and enterprise data governance.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience (SharePoint Admin on-prem and online, Teams Admin, OneDrive Admin).
• Business English sufficient to run workshops and meetings with business customers and to write documentation and specifications.
