Job Description

Role Purpose

To provide operational support for the delivery of technical change on the KPMG Insight Platform (KIP) by coordinating releases, maintaining delivery governance, and ensuring alignment across technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility Area
Release & deployment coordination
Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking releases. Ensure pre-deployment checks, dependency readiness, and post-release validation.
Delivery support & communication
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and delivery issues.
Project documentation & reporting
Maintain documentation across Confluence/SharePoint. Produce dashboards and status updates for governance and decision-making.
Tooling & process enablement
Support the use of Jira/ADO for tracking work, sprint planning, and backlog management. Promote compliance with delivery processes, governance, and standards.
CI/CD pipeline awareness
Work with DevOps teams to track pipeline progress and ensure readiness for deployments. No coding required, but awareness of build–test–deploy flow is expected.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Exposure to release coordination, deployment cycles, or DevOps workflows
• Ability to track delivery progress, and communicate blockers
• Strong written documentation and dashboard/reporting skills
• Stakeholder coordination across technical and non-technical teams

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting any platform teams or any product delivery teams
• Understanding of Agile delivery ceremonies
• Familiarity with CI/CD operating model and cloud environments
