
Associate Compliance Auditor - Talent Acquisition in GAC Savannah

Gulfstream is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Associate Compliance Auditor Talent Acquisition to support and audit hiring practices across our highly regulated aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities meet federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including DOT drug & alcohol testing requirements governed by the FAA.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, deep attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring fair, compliant, and audit-ready hiring processes, for safety-sensitive aviation roles.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Basic understanding of requirements. Regulatory and corporate policy preferred.
Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Compliance Auditor plays a crucial role to ensure Gulfstreams employment onboarding processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for conducting comprehensive audit to verify compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Audits, tracks, and maintains employee records to ensure accuracy of data. Understands support activities during internal and external audit activities.
