Unique Skills:

Gulfstream is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Associate Compliance Auditor Talent Acquisition to support and audit hiring practices across our highly regulated aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities meet federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including DOT drug & alcohol testing requirements governed by the FAA.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, deep attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring fair, compliant, and audit-ready hiring processes, for safety-sensitive aviation roles.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Basic understanding of requirements. Regulatory and corporate policy preferred.

Position Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Compliance Auditor plays a crucial role to ensure Gulfstreams employment onboarding processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for conducting comprehensive audit to verify compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Audits, tracks, and maintains employee records to ensure accuracy of data. Understands support activities during internal and external audit activities.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Conduct thorough audits of the pre-hire onboarding process to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies .
  2. Review and verify employment documentation for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate retention .
  3. Identify gaps or deficiencies in the onboarding process and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance .
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory and employment laws and incorporate them into the onboarding process as necessary .
  5. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRIT, People team, Medical, Security Background Services, and other relevant departments to address compliance-related issues and implement process improvements .
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings, recommendations, and actions taken .
  7. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit results and present them to management and other stakeholders .
  8. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices .
Additional Functions:
  1. Supports candidate onboarding as needed .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Basic user of PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel, Outlook and development software.
  2. Good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team work skills.
  3. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field.
  4. Limited travel may be required.
  5. Ability to support training activities for all shifts and facilities.
