About the position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Compensation Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Associate Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets lies within the EPDM Region. You’ll be working in a high performing team and alongside HR and business stakeholders to execute compensation programs that support our reward philosophy, attract and retain talent, and ensure market competitiveness across the region. You’ll be reporting into the Senior Compensation Manager, EPDM. You will play a key role in managing annual compensation processes, provide support and advice on pay decisions, and enhance our compensation frameworks, tools, and governance.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Managing the annual merit cycle for assigned countries / HR teams, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Supporting the annual salary range review process for assigned countries within EPDM, including market data analysis, range modelling and recommendations
  • Conducting job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hay methodology for the assigned population, preparing recommendations and escalating complex or senior cases for review/approval
  • Conducting pay equity, market competitiveness and salary benchmarking analyses to identify issues, support decision-making and provide recommendations to assigned countries / HR teams
  • Supporting compensation projects and process improvements to enhance EPDM compensation tools, frameworks, governance and user experience
  • Partnering with HR stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking and pay decisions, providing advice and appropriate collaboration
  • Maintaining EPDM region compensation documentation, toolkits and manager materials
  • Operating as an individual contributor while collaborating closely with ZBB, Benefits and wider Total Rewards team members


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards
  • Experience using Korn Ferry Hays job evaluation methodology (or similar job architecture framework)
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations
  • 3 to 5+ years of prior compensation experience
  • FMCG experience preferred but not required
  • English language required
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders
