ABOUT THE ROLE
Deal activity across the platform continues to increase, and the Commercialization team is adding junior bandwidth to match it. We are looking for someone with exceptional raw ability early in their career who can develop into a deal maker as the company scales.
You will work directly with senior members of the Commercialization team on the questions behind some of the largest AI infrastructure transactions in the market, including how large scale leases are structured, how power is procured and priced, what customers pay, what security they post, and where supply and demand are heading.
This role is built as an apprenticeship. You will receive direct mentorship, exposure across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory workstreams, and increasing responsibility as you demonstrate your ability to carry it.

This is a front row seat to the AI infrastructure buildout from inside one of its fastest moving platforms. You will receive direct mentorship from senior commercial leadership, work closely with live transactions, and have a defined path toward taking increasing ownership of deals.
COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS
Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity, commensurate with experience. This role is full time and based in office at Hut 8’s Miami, FL headquarters.
