Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role starts from €2835 and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

• <point>Market Research & Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and store visits to analyze trends, competitor products, and pricing; identify opportunities and contribute to joint business plans with key CPG companies.</point>
• <point>Supplier Relations & Negotiations: Engage in regular supplier reviews and negotiations, managing contracts, pricing, promotional activities, shelf space, and marketing support to maximize profitability.</point>
• <point>Commercial Operations & Analysis: Lead trade space allocation, inventory monitoring, and sales forecast alignment; present commercial analyses and recommendations during MBRs to optimize category performance.</point>
• <point>Promotional Strategy Execution: Implement and analyze consumer-focused promotional plans; collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to source and execute offers smoothly.</point>
• <point>Administrative & Cross-Functional Support: Provide administrative assistance for assortment management, promotions, and growth tools; partner with teams to align on content strategy and support business objectives.</point>
• <point>Ad-hoc Projects & Business Development: Support initiatives driven by market dynamics, contributing to business growth and addressing evolving performance requirements.</point>

• <point>Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in commercial domains, e-commerce, or brick-and-mortar retail.</point>
• <point>Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with excellent analytical skills, including experience working with data (e.g. Nielsen data) to interpret and present insights for informed decision-making.</point>
• <point>Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.</point>
• <point>Leadership & Collaboration: Strong team management skills and effective communication for stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams.</point>
• <point> Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles with the ability to analyze profitability and sales data effectively.</point>
• <point>Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.</point>
