What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Associate Client Services Officer on a permanent basis within our Alpha Group division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based in our London office. In this role you will be part of a team that sits cross-jurisdiction between London and Malta, the department is responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing the processing of payments and deal-based transactions and driving client efficiency. All whilst forging key relationships with our clients and internal stake holders. You will report into the Client Service Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams within the business.

As an Associate Client Services Officer, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Participating in team meetings, sharing observations and insights related to servicing.
  • Being involved in all aspects of the client journey from end-to-end deal and transaction execution to ongoing account management.
  • Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensuring all payments are being processed in a timely manner and Service-Level Agreements are adhered to.
  • Managing client accounts across a range of client queries.
  • Developing towards being a specialist in areas such as Banking and payments.
  • Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Maintaining key relationships with Front Office pre and post-sale.
  • Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration.
  • Participating in projects, ensuring business requirements are understood.
  • Assisting the Senior Officers with managing the day-to-day activities of the Client Services Team.
  • Providing high-touch Client Service to the Private Markets client book.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in client servicing (financial sector preferred, not required)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent client service skills with ability to clearly articulate to external stakeholders
  • You must be diligent, proactive and committed
  • You must have the ability to adapt to new challenges
  • You must be a team player
