The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold. ACMs typically have a book of business with 15 to 20 clients and typically support groups with fewer than 300 employees. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client and assigned broker partners. ACMs also work on internal projects that benefit and support clients and/or the client management organization. ACMs are charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York. Sponsorship is not available

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities or High school diploma or GED equivalent required and 6 years industry experience.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%)

  • Results oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Organizational, analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills are required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Insurance license

  • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans

  • Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

  • Stop loss understanding is a plus

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$57,800.00 - $108,500.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
