A Brief Overview
As part of Children's Nebraska Spiritual Care team, the Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and team members. The Chaplain will collaborate closely with hospital team members while providing essential care to patients and families in times of emotional stress and/or crisis.

Maintains professional standing and growth to refine the quality of care provided. Participates in mandatory education and continuing education programs as mandated by policies and procedures/external agencies and as directed by supervisor. Participates in personal faith tradition and maintains professional standing according to that system. Attends team member meetings and contributes to the development of the mission of the Pastoral and Spiritual Care Department.
