Job Title: CADMIN (Corporate Account Administrator)

Work Location: Pune

Previous experience: 2+ years

Work Timings: Rotational Shits (Can change based on business need, must work from office with global working windows.)


The Corporate Account Administrator will be the primary point of contact for our Corporate Account Support Representative (CASR). The key role involves providing support to CASR via phone, email/chat with scheduling services, handling queries/disputes related to corporate accounts.
Roles And Responsibilities

• Partner with the CASR to ensure assigned administrative work is completed accurately
• Pull Customer report and share it with CASR or customer as per the requirements
• Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation /distribution on portal (Aurora) to release orders for payments
• Handle Invoice disputes and submit request for Credit rebills
• Order Management (OM) for our customers as well as third party vendors
• Carry out and assist in amendments on the customer accounts pertaining to profile, service and purchase orders, billing and invoicing, etc.
• Recognize and handle emails from customers, branches, and internal departments
• Manage cognizably to respond to escalation cases swiftly
• Attend the weekly/monthly calls with the support staff and internal stakeholders

Skills Required

• Overall, 2+ years of experience with strong handling of inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Attend on to detail and multi-tasking abilities are vital
• Proficient in English communication on skills (Neutral). Should have great relationship building skills with stake holder to understand needs and provide solutions
• Tremendous work ethic, high integrity, willingness to learn, laser-focused, passionate & committed
• Disciplined in business management, adaptable to a culture of accountability and operational standards
• Approaches others in a tac􀆞ul manner, reacts well under pressure, Reflects/Priori􀆟ze the core values of the organization
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of MS suites, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
