What you’ll be doing

  • As an Associate CAS Content Coordinator at Bazaarvoice, you are the operational engine behind our User Generated Content (UGC) and sampling programs. Your role is focused on the precise execution and technical setup of sampling campaigns, ensuring that brand requests are translated accurately into our systems. You will work within a high-volume queue to launch campaigns that help brands collect authentic content at scale.
  • While you work closely with Account Managers (AMs) who lead the brand relationship, you are the Subject Matter Expert who ensures the “gears” of the campaign turn smoothly. You’ll be asking lots of questions and learning the technical constraints of our platform in your first 30 days, becoming a high-speed execution partner within 60-90 days.
  • Technical Execution: Manage the end-to-end technical setup of sampling campaigns from a global queue.
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Identify, fix, and escalate technical bugs or setup errors throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as the technical bridge between Account Management, Warehousing, and Engineering teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Process Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of platform capabilities to advise internal teams on what can and cannot be technically achieved.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track product selection and campaign health to ensure data is flowing correctly.

Skills Requirement

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Proven ability to quickly master complex internal admin tools
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable working within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and navigating digital ticketing systems.
  • Process-Driven: Demonstrated success in a role requiring high attention to detail and following detailed instructions.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a queue-based workflow where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Client Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with brands, demonstrating care for their goals and providing reassurance during the technical setup or troubleshooting process.
