Tesla’s Indirect Procurement team is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join us as an associate buyer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and digital transformation within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. As an associate buyer, you will support the team across the full source-to-contract (S2C) lifecycle — from RFX (Request for Quotation/Proposal) to contract execution — while also contributing to the optimization of operational processes.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have exposure to AI-driven workflows and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.
Why Join Us?
At Tesla, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of sustainable energy and mobility. This internship offers real impact, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies — including AI and automation — in procurement.
Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
