Job Description

For our procurement department we are currently looking for Associate Buyer to support our team in coordinating purchasing processes and supplier collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing procurement documentation (Central Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, sourcing lists, initial samples), creating and managing ad‑hoc orders and following up with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes, including tooling and PPAP orders.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Preparing procurement documentation, including Central Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, sourcing lists and initial samples

  • Creating and managing ad‑hoc purchase orders and coordinating follow‑up with suppliers

  • Supporting administrative procurement processes such as tooling and PPAP orders

  • Preparing Excel analyses and supporting logistics‑related activities

  • Handling and verifying invoices

  • Managing RFQs in the e‑sourcing system

  • Coordinating drawing changes and ensuring proper alignment with internal stakeholders

  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data in the ERP system

  • Collaborating closely with Logistics, R&D, Quality and Finance teams

  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, legal requirements and the Integrated Health, Safety and Environmental Management System

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Fluent English - minimum B2/C1, knowledge of German will be considered as advantage

  • Min. bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related business area

  • Knowledge of SAP operations: R/3 user of the MM module and different procurement tools - nice to have

  • Corporate experience

  • General overview of procurement & logistics operations

  • Problem solver with an analytical mind and strong Excel skills

  • High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach

  • Curiosity with openness to new technologies

  • Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
