About This Role

As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you will support the development and adoption of the digital platforms implemented across the business. Working independently with general supervision, you will help us continually improve and enhance our platforms by collaborating with colleagues to gather system requirements and apply best practice solutions. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, well organized individual. Our user experience is of utmost importance, so the ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, designing solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone highly interested in supporting the company’s digital transformation with a desire for continuous learning. The candidate should be comfortable liaising with users of all functions and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. This position will help effectively serve our internal and external customers as we progress on our digital journey.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to system user satisfaction by promptly responding to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from sales team, dealers, and other system stakeholders.
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups for various platforms.
• User support tickets and issue resolution.
• Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor user adoption.
• User training and creating training materials.
• Data and system validation to ensure seamless enhancement releases.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of business systems analysis experience

• High School Diploma/ GED and 5 years of business systems analysis experience
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience JD Edwards, PowerBI and other Microsoft 365 Applications
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Some knowledge of the transportation industry
• Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively.
