In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering customer‑focused documentation, business process support and operational improvements across NSW Motorways & Operations.

This role will see you undertake research and analysis of business problems and processes, develop and maintain work instructions and support documentation, assist with process design, provide business process tool support, partner with stakeholders to embed improvements, and build capability through continuous improvement and contemporary information management practices.

You will support business process improvements, efficiency and productivity outcomes in a complex, regulated operational and project environment working across multidisciplinary teams.

About you

Your demonstrated experience business process design using BPMN 2.0, usage of BPM tools such as ARIS/Signavio, business support, administration, stakeholder engagement, research and data analysis formed across public sector, operational, customer service, and administrative environments will see you excel in supporting BAU and project teams to define problems, document and implement solutions, maintain high‑quality process documentation, and improve service delivery to lead to sustainable business improvements, consistent practices and productivity gains.

You’re recognized as a collaborative and accountable contributor, skilled at developing clear documentation, communicating technical information and working across teams, experienced in supporting complex business processes, managing competing priorities and working within regulated environments.
