Work you’ll do

  • Support the Development on monthly report/dashboard for industry/business unit Performance Data
  • Own and ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of CRM data through regular monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
  • Support industries coordination and across industry related initiatives
  • Manage and deliver data requests from business units and the Growth division, ensuring high data quality while translating requirements into clear, actionable insights.
  • Prepare and structure data for management presentations, ensuring insights are clear, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
  • Act as the central coordinator for the Consumer industry, aligning activities across business units and the firm
  • Support related initiatives in the Growth team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.00 or equivalent), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to build dashboards and generate actionable insights; advanced Power BI skills are highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation, with the ability to translate data into clear and impactful insights Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful recommendations
  • Experience or strong interest in the Consumer industry, with the ability to connect market trends and customer behavior to data-driven insights
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, with the ability to connect data insights to operational and commercial impact
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in handling data and stakeholder interactions
  • Proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership in managing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
