
Associate Business Intelligence Analyst - Hybrid
This position is hybrid on site and remote role based out of Renton, WA.
This two-year-long, early-in-career position, performs an assortment of analyst-level projects that would require strategic insight and collaboration across multiple technology teams. These might include research, data collection, process analysis, or providing documentation of findings around business processes, software/solutions, or business partner needs, as well as recommendations. This role is also focused on developing a deep understanding of how IS (Information Services) functions at Providence, and how it supports its business clients, clinical users, and ultimately drives our strategic priorities of simplifying, modernizing, and innovating health IT to support our vision. This involves maintaining a posture of continuing cross-disciplinary learning, collaboration, and openness, while forming data - and analysis-driven perspectives that will allow them to make well-discerned findings, recommendations and contributions as business consultants.

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$34.28 to MAX:$55.33 per hour is based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted. This position is Hybrid. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary rage will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
