In this role, you will support sales, business development, and customer success initiatives, helping drive business growth and ensuring the success of both vendors and affiliate marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development Support
• Assist with identifying potential clients and partners.
• Conduct basic market research to spot new opportunities.
• Help prepare sales materials and presentations.
• Customer Success Management
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and affiliates.
• Support onboarding of new vendors and affiliates.
• Monitor performance and provide simple recommendations.
• Administrative and Operational Support
• Manage the company`s social media pages.
• Handle document management and daily administrative tasks.
• Track key performance metrics and generate basic reports.
• Affiliate and Vendor Relations
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and affiliates.
• Assist affiliates with strategies to maximize potential.
• Lead Generation
• Participate in simple outbound sales calls.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads.
