Ready to launch your career with a global fintech company?

SimCorp is looking for talented graduates to join our Graduate Program 2027 in Manila. This program is designed for fresh and recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build meaningful careers in the financial technology industry.

As part of the program, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals supporting some of the world's leading asset and investment management firms.

Depending on your skills and interests, you may join one of the following career tracks:

• Associate Business Consultant
• Associate Consultant
• Associate Operations Analyst
• Associate Financial Data Analyst
• Associate Education Consultant

What You Will Do

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

• Participate in structured learning and onboarding programs.
• Work closely with experienced colleagues on client projects and internal initiatives.
• Learn about investment management, financial services, and SimCorp's solutions.
• Support business, operational, data, consulting, or education-related activities depending on your assigned team.
• Analyze information, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams, functions, and countries.
• Build technical, business, and professional skills through real-world experience.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for potential.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Recently graduated or will graduate before 2027.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline, including:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Economics
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Business
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Engineering Education or other related field
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are curious and willing to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Enjoy solving problems and working with data or business processes.
• Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have good analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Internship experience
• Leadership experience in organizations or student activities
• Exposure to finance, technology, data analysis, or training and education environments
