About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Management Analyst – (Invoicing & Payments) to support Talent Acquisition operations by managing invoice review, approvals, and payment coordination for vendors within the Vendor Management System. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Finance, and staffing vendors to ensure accurate billing, compliance with hiring guidelines, and timely vendor payments.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related discipline
• Fresher/Upto 1 year of experience in vendor management, invoice processing or payments
• Hands-on experience managing staffing/vendor invoices, approvals, and payment coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of invoices
• Good communication skills for coordination with the relevant stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

• Experience supporting TA staffing vendors, RPO partners, or contingent workforce programs
• Experience working with Finance/AP teams and audit requirements
• Prior experience in large, matrixed or global TA environments

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies such as incorrect rates, duplicate invoices, or billing beyond assignment dates
• Coordinate with Finance/AP teams to ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for TA vendors on invoice, payment, and compliance-related queries
• Support monthly reconciliations, reporting, and internal/external audit requirements
• Deliver data-driven insights under the guidance of management, to support business goals by gathering requirements from internal teams
• Maintain and update monthy reports on key buisness indicators as requested.

Hours of Work

The position is hybrid going to our office in Bangalore (2-3 times per week.), Shift Timings: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, IST
