What You’ll Do
- Support the gathering and documentation of functional and technical requirements in collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, and clients, with a focus on API-related needs
- Assist in developing functional specifications, including requirement documentation, system integrations, and operational workflows
- Support development teams during the build phase by clarifying requirements and refining specifications as needed
- Assist in designing and executing test scripts and documenting results across functional, technical, volume, and performance testing
- Contribute to ensuring system interoperability with trading platforms, back-office systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Support backlog management and prioritization of project and incident tasks under guidance from senior team members
- Provide operational support by assisting in diagnosing and resolving system-related issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- Academic or early professional exposure to financial services, particularly in areas such as custody, funds, assets, or liabilities
- Exposure to system development environments, especially API-based solutions, through academic work, internships, or early career experience
- Understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) or willingness to develop these skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Financial Markets, or a related field (completed or in progress)
Nice to have
- Exposure to financial custody platforms such as TOTVS, YMF, Dimensa, or Megara
- Basic knowledge of systems analysis and documentation methodologies such as UML or BPMN
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and financial integration standards such as FIX and SWIFT
- CPA-20 or CEA certification
- Previous academic or internship experience in software development or technical environments
English level
