The position
As an Associate Business Analyst – FP&A, you will take ownership of standard financial reports and dashboards that support decision-making across International Operations (IO), regions and affiliates. You will partner closely with stakeholders, drive process standardisation alongside your manager, and bring our Business Intelligence tools to life.

You will be joining the Finance & Procurement GBS Bangalore team, established in 2007. Our team supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, North America, International Operations and Product Supply. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our stakeholders and adding value through process standardisation and efficiency – all in a collaborative, dynamic atmosphere that fosters continuous improvement.
