We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Associate Business Analyst The selected candidate will report to the Lead Business Analyst .
The Associate Business Analyst will be responsible for:
• Conducting business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Acting as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Supporting solution design, testing activities, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assisting in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and post-implementation reviews.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Good understanding of requirement elicitation, business process modelling, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools and documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
