Job Description

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation that encompasses business requirements and communicate with relevant stakeholders to support project delivery
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Support Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and assist in validating results
• Training Assistance: Support the development of training materials and assist in training end-users on new systems and processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment with business goals

Person Specification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software domain
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, JIRA) is a plus
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles is desirable
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Should have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
