Job Description

Associate Business Analysts support business analysis activities and assist in developing business requirements. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project teams. You will work with senior analysts to learn about business analysis best practices and develop your skills. Basic knowledge of business analysis and strong analytical skills are required.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client SMEs regarding Digital solution performance and operational updates.
  • Conduct daily/weekly touchpoints to review system accuracy, exceptions, performance trends, and identified issues.
  • Gather and validate new client requirements, enhancement requests, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Present data-driven insights, progress updates, and risk assessments to client stakeholders.

2. Reporting & Insights Management

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting packs as per client-defined KPIs.
  • Develop stratified reports across audit categories, exceptions, SLA adherence, and model behavior.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies from the dataset to proactively flag risks and propose improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all client-facing reports.

3. Incident, Change & Release Coordination

  • Track, triage, and prioritize open incidents, defects, and enhancement requests with the development team.
  • Ensure clear documentation of issue reproduction steps, logs, and expected behaviors.
  • Work with QA and development teams to support testing of fixes, new features, and model updates.
  • Maintain a centralized incident/change tracker and communicate release plans to stakeholders.

4. Operations Collaboration & Process Governance

  • Work closely with the operations (Human-in-the-Loop) team to review daily outputs, challenges, and system-human interaction performance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, and causes of repeated exceptions.
  • Define mitigation actions, process tweaks, and quality controls to streamline human validation steps.
  • Ensure operational teams follow updated SOPs, annotation guidelines, and audit workflows.

5. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor model performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, drift indicators) to proactively highlight potential risks.
  • Support root-cause analysis for errors, misclassifications, or recurring incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Recommend process, model, or platform improvements based on client experience and operational feedback.

6. Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs, workflows, change logs, reporting templates, and client communication notes.
  • Create knowledge articles for recurring scenarios, FAQs, and operational best practices.
  • Ensure onboarding materials and system understanding remain current for new team members.

7. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure solution outputs comply with client audit frameworks, regulatory expectations, and internal quality standards.
  • Participate in periodic audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews to align with client requirements.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with data science, engineering, operations, and product teams to drive alignment across delivery.
  • Support roadmap discussions by translating client needs into actionable feature requests for product teams.
  • Ensure all teams remain synchronized on SLA commitments, planned releases, and known risks.

Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 2-5 years, Lean Six Sigma and PMP Certification Preferred
