ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Business Analyst (ABA) supports the planning team by executing key tactical tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining shipping and ASN reports, cutting orders, updating in-stock reports, and calculating size ratios. The ABA ensures timely communication with planners on task progress and outstanding items. They assist with the rollout of new planning processes and support database updates as needed. This role is essential to maintaining accurate, data-driven planning operations across the business.

  • Cutting Orders
  • ASN - update shipping tracker
  • Update vendor allocation file
  • Update In stock report
  • Update selling report s406
  • Update POs - cancel delivery remainders
  • Size ratio requests
  • Update changes to purchase orders
  • Updating Marketing file
  • Miscellaneous

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Strong Follow up

  • Quick learner when it comes to systems and new concepts

  • Good communication skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Must have good exposure to working with internal stakeholders based out of international locations.

Must be willing to work during the permanent shift from 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.
