We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building & Construction Associate to join our growing, high performing yet friendly Building, Construction & Infrastructure team.
While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the

About the team
Sitting within our Commercial Disputes group, Bartier Perry’s Building, Construction & Infrastructure team act for a variety of clients across the private and public
sectors, including principals, developers, builders, contractors, consultants,
as well as high-net-wealth individuals.
The successful candidate will work across three partners in the team, who have prominent profiles within the building, construction & infrastructure space, and a
shared passion for seeing their junior lawyers develop into world-class
lawyers.
As an Associate in the team, you will often be responsible for the day to day
management of your matters, under appropriate partner supervision, and be
involved in all aspects of the file, from liaising with clients, attending
court and briefing counsel and experts as necessary.
You will also gain some exposure to front-end matters, and assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of construction contracts and providing commercial project
delivery advice.
