Job Description

To develop and execute brand, marketing and communication initiatives through content strategy, digital marketing, employer branding, stakeholder engagement and agency management to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement and business objectives.

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement and reach across digital platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives and communication priorities.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, content assets and communication initiatives.
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement, employer branding and internal communication programs.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and communication across customer-facing and employee-facing channels.
• Develop communication assets and campaigns to support brand-building, awareness and engagement objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement and digital metrics and recommend optimization initiatives.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives, events and brand campaigns to strengthen market visibility and brand recall.

Experience Range: 4 to 10 years

Qualifications: Graduate (Any Specialization)

Postgraduation: MBA or Degree in Marketing / Communications preferable
