Campari America LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic Business Units group, with a focus on Specialty American Whiskies. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with consumers and drive growth in a competitive market.

About the Role:
As an Associate Brand Manager within our Specialty American Whiskies portfolio, you will support the development, planning, and implementation of marketing programs that build brand equity, increase market share, and enhance consumer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market and develop compelling campaigns that elevate our brand reputation nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior brand management and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive brand plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the management of brand budgets, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on creative development, media planning, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and brand health metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of trade marketing strategies and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with distribution and merchandising goals.
  • Contribute to product launch activities including packaging, pricing, and positioning to ensure market readiness and strong consumer appeal.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing Campari America's commitment to quality and innovation in the whiskey category.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in the beverage alcohol industry, particularly in whiskey or spirits, will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with creativity to support both data-driven decisions and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools or software is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for brand building, storytelling, and a keen understanding of consumer behavior in premium spirits markets.
