As Associate Brand Director, Master Brand, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Dove Men+Care. You will help shape the brand's equity, cultural relevance, and long-term growth strategy while creating meaningful consumer experiences that drive both business impact and cultural conversation.
Working closely with the Head of Dove Men+Care, you'll have significant visibility across senior leadership and collaborate with teams across North America and Global markets.
You will help define the next era of Dove Men+Care by:
Driving the evolution of the brand's equity, positioning, and long-term growth strategy.
Acting as a key steward of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
Developing culturally relevant platforms and campaigns that build deeper connections with modern men.
Leading flagship Masterbrand initiatives, including high-profile campaigns such as the Super Bowl.
Elevating the creative ambition of the brand, delivering breakthrough ideas with the potential to earn industry recognition and drive meaningful business growth.
Transforming consumer insights into compelling brand experiences and storytelling.
Influencing senior stakeholders and representing the Master Brand agenda across key leadership forums.
Partnering closely with creative, strategy, media, and communications teams to bring bold ideas to life.
8+ years of experience in brand building, marketing strategy, or communications.
A passion for culture, storytelling, and understanding the evolving needs of modern men.
Strong experience developing brand equity and long-term communication strategies.
A proven track record of delivering culturally relevant, social-first marketing.
Exceptional creative judgment and an eye for outstanding execution.
Deep consumer curiosity and the ability to transform insights into powerful brand ideas.
Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience collaborating across functions, markets, and leadership teams.
Strong agency management experience across creative, communications, and strategy partners.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
