We are looking for a proactive and creative Associate Brand Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving brand strategy, delivering impactful marketing campaigns, managing content production, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and brand plans, including product development, packaging, pricing, and promotional activities.

• Oversee content production from planning to publishing, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

• Manage brand presence across digital and social platforms, maintaining consistency and engaging with audiences effectively.

• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and consumer behavior for strategic insights.

• Support outreach initiatives to improve campaign visibility and engagement.

• Help track and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with product positioning and sales tools.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

• Partner with internal teams (PR, design, communications) to ensure brand consistency.

• Contribute to organizing promotional events to boost brand awareness.

• Provide direction to creative teams on branding, design, and multimedia content.

• Maintain professional client communications and support strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience as an Associate/Assistant Brand Manager or similar marketing role.

• Strong knowledge of brand development, content creation, and multichannel marketing.

• Proficiency in research and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

• Creative mindset with strong project management abilities.
