We are looking forward to hire Bid Management Professionals in the following areas :

Experience

1-3 Years

  • Generate superior quality RFP responses that effectively address client requirements.
  • Demonstrate complete fidelity to BTG's prescribed guidelines, strategic imperatives, and the PET process methodology.
  • Develop and apply advanced expertise across all designated service lines.
  • Lead efforts in conceptualizing and articulating best-in-class responses, ensuring their continuous integration into the BTG knowledge system.
  • Take an active role in, and deliver presentations during, BTG's knowledge exchange platforms.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Business Deal Analysis and Response Design:

  • Possesses a basic comprehension of Request for Proposal analytical methodologies and key evaluative criteria.
  • Understands the core strategic objectives of BTG and their foundational relevance to bid preparation.
  • Capable of conducting preliminary RFP analysis and preparing initial response drafts, always under direct guidance.
  • Can accurately craft Deal Summaries and ensure consistent adherence to all established process compliance protocols.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Possesses an emergent understanding of the diverse perspectives and information requirements of various internal service line stakeholders.
  • Grasps the fundamental importance of discerning and interpreting the core needs and expectations conveyed by prospective clients.
  • Able to actively listen and comprehend key discussion points during direct interactions with internal service line representatives.
  • Capable of drafting preliminary meeting minutes, capturing the essential essence of stakeholder dialogues (including prospect discussions), with direct guidance from senior colleagues.

Industry Knowledge, Service Line Knowledge:

  • Possesses a basic comprehension of YASH's core technology service lines, understanding their fundamental offerings and operational scope.
  • Demonstrates an elementary awareness of key industry dynamics and foundational market characteristics relevant to YASH's business.
  • Able to identify and articulate the primary distinctions between YASH's various technology service line capabilities in a general context.
  • Can contextualize basic business scenarios within the broader industry landscape, recognizing fundamental trends and terminology.

Business Technical Writing:

  • Possesses a basic understanding of blending business objectives with technical information in written responses.
  • Familiar with the fundamental principles of business writing customs and stylistic nuances for key geographies, specifically the US, EU, and Middle East.
  • Able to craft rudimentary responses that integrate both business and technical aspects, under guidance.
  • Can apply basic stylistic adjustments to written content to align with US, EU, and ME business communication expectations.

Front office/BTG Operations:

  • Possesses comprehensive expertise across all Front Office procedures, understanding their interdependencies and strategic importance to BTG operations.
  • Consistently delivers timely and accurate responses to deal originators and all relevant stakeholders, while meticulously updating the SharePoint database with zero errors and ensuring unwavering compliance with BTG guidelines and the PET process model.

UI Design, Presentation Tenets and Formatting:

  • Possesses a thorough understanding of advanced UI design tenets, including principles of visual hierarchy, effective data visualization, and the strategic application of color theory.
  • Consistently designs competitive infographics for various Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, expertly selecting color themes and optimizing contrast/brightness. Additionally, proficiently executes high-quality formatting in both PowerPoint and Word documents to enhance professional presentation.
