Our client is a leading Investment Bank. They are looking for a DCM professional to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Support debt capital markets (DCM) origination, execution and syndication
• Provide rating advisory. Prepare rating model construction
• Conduct in-depth debt market and transaction analysis
• Assist in preparing pitchbook and roadshow materials
• Collaborate with sales/distribution team and other banks/lawyers/accountants/rating advisory partners on deals

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 - 8 years’ credit research or DCM experience with reputable investment bank or credit rating agency
• Strong credit research and analysis skills
• Solid financial modeling skills, well-versed in Bloomberg, Dealogic, Factiva, Ipreo, or FactSet
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
