Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and external recruitment partners.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience and role fit.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment governance requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities as required.
• Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment vendors to drive sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, reporting and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Associate: Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Preferably with experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology, digital, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering, AI or related technology functions.
• Experience in financial services, technology firms, consulting, or multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with direct sourcing methodologies and talent market mapping.
• Experience managing external search firms and recruitment agencies.
• Exposure to regional or cross-border recruitment activities.
