Job Description

We are seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience. We are looking for an attorney who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and wants to be a better lawyer. We handle business and civil litigation in state and federal courts which includes banking, real estate disputes, partnership disputes, business disputes, and secured lending litigation. • Total of $50,000 in signing bonuses. Signing bonus of $25,000 payable on first paycheck and second $25,000 bonus payable after 6 months of employment. Bonuses returnable if candidate does not complete one year of employment.

Requirements:

• Must have 4yr+ in litigation experience.
• Must have excellent research and writing skills.
• A self-motivated, highly determined individual with strong organization and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and strive to complete tasks from start to finish.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Submit a writing sample.
