We are plaintiffs-side law firm located in Irvine, CA, a stone’s throw from the amazing beaches in Southern California! We focus on employment litigation and this Associate Attorney position is for our wage and hour class action team.
Fighting for Employee Rights in Irvine, Orange County & Los Angeles Area. We specialize in representing employees in sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, and wage violation cases. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Litigation Attorney who is proactive, CA barred, can meet and confer by letter and phone with defense counsel, is able to work under pressure, and has a desire to learn. The role involves significant discovery and law and motion practice, drafting pleadings and motions, and defending depositions.
You will work under the direction of our wage and hour class action partner, but will be expected to manage and run your own cases under her supervision.
The Qualifications:
• Admitted to California Bar
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience
• Organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• Experience in employment litigation a plus, but not required
