Associate Attorney - General Liability
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in White Plains, NY, specializing in General Liability. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional on-site presence in our White Plains office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional legal services in General Liability cases
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to achieve case goals
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
• Prepare and present cases in court, as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files and progress
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in General Liability law
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
