Associate Attorney - (Family Law and General Liability)

Location - Jacksonville or Orlando, FL

About the Opportunity:

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team out of Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to build a cross-practice docket, handling General Liability defense matters while also developing experience in Family Law – a great fit for someone who wants breadth in their practice rather than a single narrow lane.

You’ll carry your own files and work closely with an experienced Partner to shape litigation strategy, sharpen your advocacy, and deliver excellent service to our clients. While your primary caseload will be General Liability defense, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain hands-on Family Law experience, making this a strong fit for an attorney who is either already comfortable moving between both areas or eager to expand into Family Law alongside a General Liability practice.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of General Liability defense matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Take on Family Law matters as they arise, working directly with a Partner to build competency and confidence in that practice area.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and provide clients with responsive, high-quality representation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with a growing degree of independence.

Required Education and Experience:

At least 3 years of General Liability practice experience.

Juris Doctorate Degree.

Admitted to practice in Florida.

Interest in developing Family Law experience is strongly preferred; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
